Central Plains Mennonite Conference is seeking a gifted leader for the position of Executive Conference Minister. This is a full-time position for one able to give overall leadership to the conference and involves leading and working with a ministry team that has two members in place. The new Shepherd’s Inn at Crooked Creek Christian Camp is taking reservations for building use on dates after May 2, 2010. Shepherd’s Inn is ideal for an individual or small group event. To reserve a spot or for more information, call the camp at 319-653-3611. 
Mennonite Mutual Aid (MMA) Sharing Fund Grants provided $1,000 in 2 grants to our church/community in 2009. We are eligible for matching fund grants of up to $2,500 in 2010. If you’d like to know more about the Sharing Fund, visit with Gail or Keith Amstutz, local MMA advocates. 
Building Fund Pledges: Pledges to date total $84,800.00. Pledge forms may be returned to Treasurer Dave Schooley. For questions about the plans, see the bulletin board or visit with a building committee member.
