The Davis County Ministerial Association invites you to the Community Thanksgiving service on Sunday, November 22 at 7:00 PM at The Old Savannah Church located at the Davis County Historical Center. Turn to the east off Highway 63 near Casey’s in Bloomfield to find the church.

Crooked Creek Christian Camp’s annual Fall Business Meeting is on Thursday, November 12. Soup supper begins at 6:15 and meeting at 7:00. Everyone interested is invited. Call 319-653-3611 if you have questions.

Thanks to Teachers: Our thanks to Keith Amstutz, Roger Knapp, Dean Amstutz, Clyde Knapp, Dan Payne, Kathy Schooley & Dave Schooley for teaching Sunday School classes in the Fall Quarter.

An Opportunity to join a Sunday School class comes with the beginning of the Winter Quarter on November 29. Classes & teachers are:

Youth: Debbie Knapp                        Wired Word: Dave Schooley
An adult Bible study class from the Gospel of Matthew will be offered in three parts; 1) The Promised Birth Fulfilled, 2) Evidence of Jesus as Messiah, 3) Testimonies to Jesus as Messiah. This class is from the Uniform Bible Series and the teacher is yet to be confirmed.

Know Your Bible is a free booklet on the reading table with a reader’s summary of all 66 books of the Bible that includes a description ‘in ten words or less,’ notes on key verses and a ‘So What?’ application.
