What’s this? You may notice additional racks on the bench-backs today with ‘red books’ or new hymnals entitled Hymns for the Family of God. The new books and racks were purchased with a congregational offering and additional funds from the James Baughman memorial.

What Christians Believe and Why is a DVD-based study about The Apostle’s Creed and basic beliefs.  This class meets Sundays at 9:30 in the East Library Wing.  The Faithweaver Bible Study on Genesis taught by Amy Wuthrich meets in the south basement classroom, also at 9:30.

Rainbow Friends Pre-School is based at The Bloomfield United Methodist Church and provides a faith-based environment for youngsters that attend.  Derrick Mast, Abigail Jones, Tucker Amstutz and our neighbor, Brock Wuthrich attend Rainbow this year—with several others from PMC in past years.  The September 24 offering will help support the pre-school.

The Pastor & Deacons are attending worship at Upper Deer Creek Mennonite Church of Wellman, IA today and visiting with pastor Elmer Miller about their association with Conservative Mennonite Conference.
