Financial Peace University begins on Saturday, January 9 at the Bloomfield United Methodist Church.  This FPU course will be led by Kevin Gingerich with an assist by Darrell Zook.  Course cost is $100.   To reserve a spot call the Bloomfield UMC office at 664-3206.
Winter Small Groups provide an opportunity for deeper Bible study and/or learning to know others in an informal setting.  Here are groups thus far:

Attention All 6-8th Graders: Crooked Creek Christian Camp is getting ready for Junior High WinterFest on January 15-17.  The Iowa Mennonite
School Praise Band and pastor Pam Gerig Unruh will lead the sessions.  WinterFest kids will need to practice Carpet Ball, 4-Square and Dutch Blitz skills to be ready!  Contact Chris Payne for more information.

Thank-you for your recent offerings of $653 for the Central Plains Mennonite Conference and of $1,611.28 to help provide for a Hispanic Ministries Coordinator in our area.  –Monica Clem, Central Plains Office
Year-End Reports are welcome so that we may prepare the annual report and guide booklet.  If you are a leader for a committee or service ministry, you may pass along a report to the church office on or before January 4.  Booklets will be distributed on January 10.
