PMC Church: Where Faith and Community Meet

Pulaski Mennonite Kids is designed to teach kids about Jesus on their level in a safe, fun environment. Every Sunday, babies through 6th-grade students are taught the Bible in a creative, age-appropriate way while building  relationships with adult volunteers and peers. We have a variety of serving positions from Kids Checkin, to large group and small group leaders, and even our behind-the-scenes helpers. Find your way to serve or reach out with your specific gifts.

Available Opportunities:

Small Group Leader Assistant for Elementary 

• Build relationships with kids, assist in leading small group activities

Small Group Leader for Early Childhood

• Build relationships with kids, lead small group activities

Large Group Host

• Lead  Elementary large group (K-4th) by teaching the bible story or being the  host who leads an engaging game. (lessons and materials provided)

Coordinator

• Welcome families as they check in, welcome new visitors and help them find new rooms, and help support small group leaders 

Our hospitality team specializes in helping people belong and feel  welcome from the parking lot until the moment they leave. Areas of service include greeters, usher, Connection Center,  prayer teams, security, coffee, and more.

Available opportunities:

Coffee

• Be a friendly face, serve and make coffee Sunday morning

Sunday Morning Guest Services

• Keep  their eyes on the little details, checking bathrooms for cleanliness,  getting a wheelchair for someone who needs one, various other requests  from our guests

Guest Services - Wednesday PM

• Greeter at the front desk, answer an occasional phone call

Connection Center/Greeters

• Greet visitors and answer questions as needed for other. To ensure that everyone feels welcomed and loved

Ushers

• Greet people and help them find seats in the auditorium

Prayer is an integral part of our faith and is a unique way people can support others and the church. There are various opportunities to participate including on a Sunday morning, a mid-week team that meets and others.

Our church members love to serve and a wonderful way to Go and Be the Church is through FOOD!  Our church has multiple events that happen throughout the year where we create and serve meals such as the Pioneer Clubs, serving carnival workers during fair week, funerals, and a variety of others. If prepping and serving food is how you'd love to serve, join our team!
